2024-2학기(2025년 2월) 학위수여식 시행 안내

2024학년도 2학기(2025년 2월)학위수여식을 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

★일시 및 장소: 2025년 2월 14일(금) 오후2시,본관 대강당(하나홀) 2시에 시작

학위수여식에 참석하시는박사학위 수여자분들은 1시 20분까지 대강당에 착석해 주셔야 합니다.
(각 좌석별 등받이에 졸업생 별지정 좌석이 표시되어 있습니다.)

시간이 지나서 오시거나사전에 참석여부를 불참으로 회신하시거나 미회신하신 경우

단상에 올라가실 수 없습니다.(참석여부 조사 SMS 및 메일은 1월 31일(수)발송 예정)

※ 조사기간 : 1/22(수)~1/30(목)

박사학위수여자의 학위증서는 식장 단상에서 총장님께서 직접 수여합니다.

석사학위수여자 및 동행하시는 분들은 앞쪽 지정좌석을 제외하고 앉으시기 바랍니다.

★학위 수여자 가운 대여: "2024-2학기(2025년 2월) 학위수여식 학위복 대여 안내"참고

★주차:학위수여식 당일 본교 출입 차량에 대하여 오전9시~오후6시 무료주차 적용

단, 오후 6시 이후 출차 시 주차요금 전액 부과됩니다.

★학위기 수령(신분증 지참)

- 학위기 등기우편 송부 신청 : 신청서 양식을 2월 18일(화)에 졸업생 이메일 발송 예정

- 대리수령 시 대리인의 신분증 지참 필수

- 국제우편 발송 불가

- 학위기 직접수령 일시: 2025. 2. 14.(금)이후(오후4시 이전에 방문하시기 바랍니다.)

- 학위기 직접수령 장소:본관3층 대학원행정실

- 학위증명서는 2025년 2월 14일(금)부터 발급됩니다.

※ 수료증명서도 2025년 2월14일(금)부터 발급됩니다.

※ 위 발급가능일자 이전에는 학위예정증명서와 수료예정증명서만 발급됩니다.

We are pleased to announce the degree conferral ceremony for the second semester of the 2024 academic year (February 2025) as follows.

[Date and Location]

Date and Loction: Friday, February 14, 2025, 2:00 p.m., Main Building Auditorium (Hana Hall)

※ The ceremony will begin at 2:00 pm.

Doctoral degree recipients attending the ceremony should be seated in the auditorium by 1:20 pm. (Each seat is marked with degree reciepent's name on the back.)

If attendees who don't arrive on time or fail to RSVP your attendance in advance, he/she will not be allowed to go up to the podium. (Attendance Survey email/SMS will be sent on Jan 22(Wed)) ※ Period of Survey : 1/22(Wed) ~ 1/30(Thu)

Master's degree recipients and those accompanying them will be seated except for the designated seats in the front.

[Receiving Diploma]

Doctoral degree recipients will receive their diplomas directly from the President on the podium.

Master’s Degree Diploma (ID required)

- Diploma pick-up date: After February 14, 2025 (Friday) (please visit before 4pm).

- Diploma pick-up location: Graduate Administration Office, 3rd floor, Main Building

- Mailing Service : Request to have your diploma sent by registered mail: An application form will be emailed to graduates on Tuesday, August 20.

[Gown Rental]

Doctoral Degree recipient gown rental: Please refer to "Degree gown rental information for the August 2024 degree conferral ceremony (-->Quick Link)

Master’s degree recipeints gown rental : Visit Gown Rental Booth, Main building 3rd floor

[Parking]

Parking: Free parking is available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for vehicles entering and leaving the university on the day of the ceremony. However, if you leave after 6pm, you will be charged the full parking fee.

[Issue Official Certificate]

- Degree certificates will be issued from February 14, 2024 (Friday).

- Certificates of Completion will be issued February 14, 2024 (Friday).
